A Look Back on 2021 at Foresight: Happy Holidays!

Happy Holidays from the Foresight Team
Written by: Vittorio Raimondi
Date: February 21, 2022

As per tradition, we like to take this opportunity to share a summary of the year with all our clients, partners, and friends.

But before we do that, let me say that I hope you managed to have a peaceful and safe holiday. We just wrapped up our last (virtual) team meeting of the year – where our routine is to update each other on the weekend – and half of the team (including myself) has had their holiday plans highjacked by Omicron; I am sure most of you can relate to this. On a positive note, earlier this month we were able to hold our end of the year dinner party in person, which gave us a sense of normalcy, at least for an evening.

And now to the celebrations!

We have continued to expand our team this year, and are proud to introduce – in order of appearance 😊 – three great additions to our roster: HunterRamsey, and Emma. And we welcome Reed as our latest addition to our Advisory Board.

We have also continued to expand our capabilities into several areas, many of which are shared in The Latest section of our website. I will highlight here our partnership with Coke to present on Using AI to develop an early warning system for brand performance at the Quirk’s Global Conference in February, and with HP this month to present Attribution Modeling Outside the Box at the ARF Attribution & Analytics Accelerator 2021.

With our vision of “No unanswerable questions” in the world of analytics, we want to give a big THANK YOU to all our clients for continuing to entrust us with their most delicate questions, in the most diverse areas ranging from Sponsorship strategy to Innovation impact and Portfolio optimization.

There is lots to celebrate, but let’s not shy away from acknowledging how tough this year has been from a personal standpoint for many of us (if not all of us?), and the many challenges that inevitably the new year will bring, including how to safely find that new normalcy that we thought we were going to achieve this year, and that in my 2020 holiday letter I wished would bring a new and improved work-life balance.

I’ll leave you with this renewed wish for 2022, and I look forward to working with and “seeing” many of you in the New Year.

Happy and safe holidays.
