Staff Spotlight
I joined Foresight in January 2025 and currently work on our Assets & Sponsorships team, where I help develop passion-point strategies for a range of brands. I hold a degree in Data Science and Statistics from Winona State University. Foresight has been such a great place to work and has an amazing team.
Proudest accomplishment while with Foresight
One of the accomplishments I’m most proud of at Foresight is building deep expertise in the large-scale datasets that power many of our projects. Developing that confidence has allowed me to quickly surface insights, answer complex questions, and deliver meaningful, decision-ready results for our clients.
Favorite things to do in your spare time
Outside of work, I love to stay active! I completed my first triathlon earlier this year and love to run and bike. I’ve also been a lifelong dancer and continue to pursue my passion for dance through an adult program.
I joined Foresight in January after graduating from the University of Minnesota Duluth (Go Bulldogs!) At Foresight, I love building complex tools and models to find patterns in economic and psychological behavior. I also love my team at Foresight, everyone here is friendly and there is little to no drama in the workspace.
Proudest accomplishment while with Foresight
My proudest accomplishment was having the honor of taking on a lead role in an established and complex project. When I first started here, I was brought onto a complex and difficult reoccurring project. I didn’t know if I would have the confidence to ever take a lead role on the project, but I can now thanks to a very talented senior associate who has taught me so many things about analytics.
Favorite things to do in your spare time
In the warmer seasons I love to spend time in the woods, mostly by shredding trails with my mountain bike. In the winter when it gets colder, I love to play hockey and watch both the NHL and NCAA. Since moving to the cities, I have also picked up bouldering as a new social hobby.
I joined Foresight last December as a Business Analyst and have really enjoyed my time here! I love building out new tools in Excel that help our clients better visualize and utilize their data. I’ve learned how to process and analyze different types of datasets to draw insights for our client’s PPA strategies.
I studied Applied Mathematics and Computer Science at Loyola Maryland in Baltimore, and data analytics at Foresight has been a great combination of using my technical skills for creative problem solving. Not only is the work a good fit for me, but also the company culture is amazing, and I’m grateful to work with such personable, intelligent, and inspiring coworkers.

“It has been a pleasure to work at Foresight for the last year and a half. I came in confident that my background in analytical consulting would set me up well as a Senior Associate here and it did! However, I could never have known how much the environment here would help me grow.
Our collective desire to provide our global clients with the best-in-class analytical solutions, along with the collaborative nature of a small, hardworking company have helped me continually develop. Additionally, Foresight has supported my efforts to continue my education, sponsoring me at Dale Carnegies “High Impact Presentations” workshop and financially assisting me as I finish my Master’s in Business Analytics. The boutique company feel, but global impact makes working at Foresight such a unique and enriching experience that I am proud to be a part of.”
My proudest accomplishment: Most notably I presented at/participated in an analytical workshop in Spain to strategize a new products launch.
Favorite things to do: In my spare time I enjoy rock climbing, camping, hiking, & build computers/crypto mining machines
I’ve worked as a Business Analyst at Foresight for nearly a year now. My primary work has focused on building tools for clients and handling the technical analytics and statistics necessary to do so. This fits well with my background of a master’s degree in business analytics.
Proudest accomplishment while with Foresight
I’m most proud of the dashboards I’ve created for the two big projects I’ve worked on. Both were a ton of fun and came out great thanks to the hard work of the teams involved.
Favorite things to do in your spare time
Outside of work, I spend most of my time reading, playing video games, and 3D printing props from some of my favorite series. Although I do love getting out of the house on occasion, I can’t help but enjoy the simplicity of staying inside.
After spending more than seven years as one of Foresight’s first hires, I rejoined the team nearly a year ago. I studied Engineering in undergrad and later earned my MBA. Since then, I’ve been focused on solving business challenges—blending analytical thinking with strategy. At Foresight, I work across industries like food and beverage, retail, financial services, and healthcare to help clients unlock growth and make smarter decisions.
Proudest accomplishment while with Foresight
One of my proudest accomplishments is leading the development of a global consumer behavior framework for Coca-Cola. It became a foundational tool for understanding growth opportunities and was successfully rolled out globally to guide brand and portfolio strategy.
Favorite things to do in your spare time
Favorite things to do in your spare time: I love being outdoors—whether it’s cycling, hiking, or just exploring new places. I also really enjoy cooking when I get the chance.
I joined Foresight in October 2024 and work as a Senior Associate. Before Foresight, I built my background in financial analytics, project management, and acquisitions, which sparked my passion for using data to guide smart decisions. I love helping clients by developing actionable, data-driven insights to navigate complex challenges.
Proudest accomplishment while with Foresight
A highlight of working at Foresight has been gaining the confidence to take ownership of projects and support my teammates along the way. (And if office bragging rights count, winning the Mario Kart tournament wasn’t bad either!)
Favorite things to do in your spare time
Outside of work, I love playing tennis and staying active outdoors.
I’ve been with Foresight Strategy for just over a year, and during this time, I’ve had the opportunity to apply my background in Business Analytics and Marketing to work with some of the largest CPG brands across a variety of industries. I’m passionate about consumer insights and data analytics, and my role allows me to combine these areas of interest to deliver impactful solutions.

outcome based on user inputs, providing valuable insights to align both local and global teams.
Favorite things to do in your spare time
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active by playing in a recreational kickball league.
I am the HR Coordinator at Foresight Strategy. Before joining Foresight, I worked in human resources at a nonprofit. I hold an SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Human Resources.
At Foresight, I serve as the primary point of contact for staff regarding HR-related matters. In addition to providing support and guidance, I focus on improving processes and policies to enhance efficiency and employee experience. I also contribute to office management, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Proudest accomplishment while with Foresight
One of my proudest accomplishments since joining Foresight has been contributing to the company’s growth by streamlining processes and enhancing operational efficiency. From the start, I recognized Foresight as a great organization with a strong foundation, but also one that was rapidly evolving. With growth comes change, and I’ve played a key role in implementing improvements that support the company while ensuring employees feel heard, valued, and continue to enjoy their workplace.
Favorite things to do in your spare time
In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors. When the weather is nice, I love going for walks with my dog or exploring hiking trails.
I’ve been with Foresight Strategy since I graduated from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities
in the spring of 2020. There, I first studied Political Science, but after developing a fascination
with electoral models, I added a second degree in Statistics which led me to the data-driven
work I do today.
Over the years, I’ve worked for a wide variety of projects but have developed a
niche in analyzing historical consumer movements and the behaviors that drive those
movements.
What has been your experience working with Open Arms of Minnesota? Working with
Open Arms of Minnesota has been nothing short of special! The organization does incredible
work providing medically-tailored meals to people who are critically ill, based upon the belief that
food is medicine. Over the past year, we’ve worked with Open Arms to understand historical
volunteer trends and create an annual volunteer survey to track volunteer satisfaction, identify
opportunities to grow & revitalize their volunteer base, and earn accreditation from the Food is
Medicine Coalition. The importance of their work can’t be overstated, and they do it with joy.
Why do you think it’s important for businesses to engage in philanthropy? Supporting our
local community is more important than ever, and businesses have unique opportunities to do
so. Donating your time and money is always powerful, but what is special – that only you or your
business can give? At Foresight, we recognized that the analytical work we do is not typically
accessible to non-profits, so we give our unique skillset. Look around – what can you give back
to your community?
“I graduated from Northwestern in December of 2023 with degrees in Economics and Data Science and have found an ideal intersection of those interest areas at Foresight. I consider myself very lucky to have found such a collaborative and growth-minded culture right out of college.
In my year here, I have worked on consumer strategy projects with clients in diverse industries- from technology to healthcare. I currently work as an Associate with a special focus on evaluating sponsorship opportunity areas.”
My proudest accomplishment from my time with Foresight: “Helping to deliver the pro-bono project with Open Arms. It allowed me to stretch my skills while making a measurable impact in my community! ”
My favorite thing to do in the Twin Cities: Outside of work, I especially love to explore hikes in the state parks around the cities. I have also taken up skiing in the winters and winning volleyball games with the Foresight team in the summers. ”
“After earning my MBA from the University of Minnesota Duluth in May 2024, I joined Foresight as an Associate in July.
Before joining the Foresight team, I had experience in presenting analytical findings to Fortune 500 companies and a professional sports team which created my passion for crafting tailored analytical findings. Within my short time of being at Foresight, I have been able to continue to pursue this passion.”
My proudest accomplishment: “My proudest accomplishment at Foresight has been working with a Fortune 100 company to deliver a framework that accelerates new growth strategies and help focus efforts within the organization. It has been incredibly fulfilling to be able to build a data driven model that discovers scalable growth opportunities for our client.”
My favorite thing to do in the Twin Cities: “When I am not diving into data, you will find me training for marathons, perfecting my golf swing, or enjoying an iced coffee at a local coffee shop!”
“I joined Foresight almost two years ago after graduating from the University of Iowa with my Master’s in Business Analytics. In my short time here, I’ve had the opportunity to work on a number of projects for global brands. Whether working with clients to execute long-term growth strategies or building predictive models to better understand consumer behaviors, I love helping our clients uncover the answers within the data!“
My proudest accomplishment: My proudest moment at Foresight is working on the Open Arms of Minnesota project. Having the chance to partner with an organization that directly impacts the local community is very special to me and it’s been so cool to be a part of!
My favorite thing to do in the Twin Cities: “Outside of work you can catch me staying active in some way around the Twin Cities. Working out, walking my dog, or teaching classes at Life Time!“
I’ve been with Foresight since May 2022, right after graduating from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities. I studied economics and statistics which is where I found my interest in modeling real-world dynamics and business processes. I started as a Business Analyst where I was able to hone my technical skills, but also get exposure to stakeholders and get a true introduction to how our business and client’s businesses run. I am now working as an Associate primarily in the assets and sponsorship space, which has been the perfect blend of my strengths and interests.
My proudest accomplishment: My proudest accomplishment here at Foresight is watching insights and analysis that I’ve worked on become reality, from seeing CPG products I worked with in the grocery store, to noticing a sponsorship analysis I worked on become reality when I’m watching sports.
My favorite thing to do outside of work: When I’m not working, I’m either spending my time snowboarding in Colorado, or enjoying the weather biking.
“I have worked at Foresight Strategy since graduating from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse in 2019. Over the past five years, I have progressed from an entry-level Business Analyst to a Senior Associate. While I have had the opportunity to work with many of Foresight’s clients, my primary focus has been on assets and sponsorships. This role has allowed me to combine my analytical curiosity with my personal knowledge and passion for the sports and entertainment world, helping to address a wide range of questions in the sponsorship space.”
My proudest accomplishment: “One of my proudest accomplishments has been witnessing my professional growth over these five years. I have evolved from a fresh college graduate with many questions to a senior employee who helps guide and mentor new Business Analysts.”
My favorite thing to do in the Twin Cities: “Outside of work, you will likely find me fishing on one of Minnesota’s many lakes, making maple syrup, or sitting in a tree stand.”
“I have worked for Foresight Strategy for all 7 years of my professional career after graduating from the University of Minnesota. In those 7 years I have worked my way up from Business Analyst to Engagement Manager, and I remain excited about the work we do. I knew I wanted to find a job that involved creative problem solving with numbers and an office with a collaborative, flexible, small-office environment, and that’s what I found at Foresight.”
My proudest accomplishment: “One of my proudest accomplishments has been leading the creation and expansion of an RGM framework across international markets for a Fortune 500 consumer goods company.”
My favorite thing to do in the Twin Cities: “As a lifelong Twin Cities local, I loved the recent Timberwolves run in the NBA playoffs, and I am always looking forward to the next time I can take a trip with my partner and two dogs (Porter and Barley) to the North Shore to go hiking.”
“I joined Foresight while I was wrapping up my MBA at the University of Minnesota in January of 2022. Working at Foresight has been incredible for many reasons, but two that immediately spring to mind include the camaraderie among the team, and the dynamic nature of projects. I’ve always been a puzzle-junkie and thrive in situations that require problem-solving and adaptability. Working at Foresight, with a diverse range of clients and projects across industries, allows me to push myself and challenges me to learn efficiently. The team has been nothing short of incredible, always willing to answer questions, share tips & tricks, and even play with my dog, Karma, who frequently joins us in the office. My coworkers make it fun to work together both in and out of the office—I’d never played volleyball before joining Foresight!”
My proudest accomplishment: “My proudest accomplishment so far at Foresight has been being able to integrate myself into a project quickly in order to attend an in-person workshop in Atlanta. The workshop was a success and a big growth milestone for me.”
My favorite thing to do in the Twin Cities: “When I’m not working, I enjoy being outside with Karma and trying out restaurants in the Twin Cities with my friends.”
“I’ve been with Foresight Strategy since March 2021 after finishing a Marketing and International Business Major at the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. The most rewarding part about working at Foresight is seeing how individual efforts can make a big impact on companies – my greatest accomplishment has been working with new clients on pilot projects that ended up fostering important, long-term partnerships. My favorite thing to do in the Twin Cities is playing in one of our bar trivia nights and walking around our many lakes.”
“I joined the company in November 2022. Before I was a college basketball coach, and I left the industry to pursue a better work-life balance. Being self-taught in the world of analytics I wasn’t sure if I was good enough to work at a company like Foresight Strategy. However, the team has welcomed me with open arms, saw past my skillset, and looked at my potential; coaching me with patience. Ironically, the coach is now being coached. The willingness to teach is something a lot of companies can learn from. In the basketball world, I used to say, “We don’t want the best player, we want the RIGHT player.” I’m bringing this approach to Foresight and believe this will lead to our continued success.”
Proudest accomplishment: “I’m still in very much a learning phase here at Foresight but I’ve taken a lot of pride in being useful in a couple areas. People seem to come to me when they need help with their general data pulls. I’ve become somewhat of the go-to for that as well as being the office Photoshop guy!”
Favorite thing to do in the Twin Cities: “Right now it is to walk around the lakes. Having lived in a somewhat gross place in North Dakota before this, I am happy to be around some nature again, and since I live right on the lake, I try to walk them every day.”
“I have a degree in mathematics and spent a few years as an analyst in the insurance industry before joining Foresight in April 2020. At Foresight, the focus of my work has been in the juice and sparkling soft drink categories. I love that my job brings me in contact with interesting, driven people and a variety of business questions.”
Proudest accomplishment: “Completing my first in-person workshop with a client.”
Favorite thing to do in the Twin Cities: “Running along the river in the summertime.”
“When I founded Foresight Strategy in February 2011, I had a vision but did not dream of the amazing journey that was to come. I just followed my passions: push the boundaries of how scenario modeling and “bathtub thinking” can deliver “foresight” vs just insights, design tools and workshops that can balance art and science, and work with great people on cool strategy problems.”
Proudest accomplishment: “Today, my job is more focused on leading overall company strategy, I still find time to nurture my passions and get involved in project work, but what gives me an even greater sense of purpose is my contribution to building a great team of amazing talent – the Foresight team – and creating a culture that can make this a unique and incredible journey for everyone. I am also energized by the fact that our philosophy and discipline of how to grow great brands is today more relevant than ever.”
Favorite thing to do in the Twin Cities: “Sailing in our urban lakes when it is warm and winter biking!”
“During my time at Foresight, I have had the great privilege to work with some of the brightest marketers and the biggest brands in the world. It has been a wonderful journey; I was one of a handful of the first employees that started a few years after Vittorio Raimondi founded the company. The evolution of the company is something to be admired, and I am proud and grateful for the journey. The admiration stems from the fact that we have grown the company fourfold since I first joined, yet we have retained a culture that is inclusive, collaborative, and focused on nurturing and developing creative, analytical-minded thinkers.
I am grateful because I have been able to do what I love; Foresight has allowed me to fuse my passions – art and science. My career has been focused on finding ways to use data creatively to solve problems and drive strategic decisions. As a Partner, I am now energized by the team, passing my knowledge on, developing strategic advisors, and building strong relationships with clients by delivering great work. Throughout my career with Foresight, one constant has remained: the belief that we can answer even the most challenging business questions with data. This vision continues to drive myself and the company to push the bounds of what analytics can deliver.”
Andrew Glor, Partner
“I joined Foresight seven years ago as an MBA intern while at the Carlson School of Management. I was coming off five years at Target’s headquarters in the apparel business, intrigued by the opportunity to work at a “startup” while collaborating with major international clients. Now, as a Partner, I lead a practice specializing in commercial strategy and innovation with an incredible group of partners in CPG, Food, Beverage, and Spirits. It’s been rewarding to get to know and learn from my clients and Foresight teammates as the company grows and evolves. The most exciting part about my job is helping brand teams build “data courage” (as one of our clients put it) to set their strategies.”
Proudest accomplishment: “I’ve been most proud of our work developing a shopper-focused approach to price pack architecture, which we’ve introduced to markets around the world.”
Favorite thing to do in the Twin Cities: “I’m based in Maryland now, but I still make it back to the Twin Cities on a regular basis. My favorite thing to do when I’m in town is competing at trivia at one of the local breweries!”
“Since I joined Foresight Strategy in December 2015, I’ve worked with some of the top brands in the world. It’s fulfilling tackling difficult challenges with clients, helping them find clarity to make difficult decisions about the future. As a Partner, I lead our work in assets & sponsorships and marketing performance. I also help us grow and expand by enhancing our existing strengths, forming new partnerships, and helping to build new capabilities.”
Proudest accomplishment: “Watching the company grow from one client in 2015 to the amazing list of clients we get to work with today.”
Favorite thing to do in the Twin Cities: “Catching up with family & friends whenever I’m in town.”
