The Foresight Way
Our core values are an essential part of who we are. They are touchpoints that guide our choices, and reminders that help us to maintain focus.
They also describe the culture that we try to create – one that enables growth and creativity. Our belief is that a culture built on these values will produce the best results for our clients and our team.
We exist to enable growth for anyone who works with us – from employees to clients to community partners.
We don’t settle for ‘off-the-shelf’ solutions and don’t shy away from challenging old approaches. We tackle problems in new ways, which often pushes us to break new ground.
We are serious about our work, but not about ourselves. We understand that individual output rarely surpasses team efforts, and we place a high value on co-creation, cross-functionality, and teamwork.
We actively seek ways to ‘over-deliver’ for our clients. At the end of the day, we stake our reputation on the work we deliver.

Simon serves on a series of boards of research and analytics companies in the U.S.A, Europe and India. He explains the reasons behind joining the Board:
“I am always flattered to be asked to join a firm’s board but do not always do so. That’s because I have to really deeply believe that the company in question not only has the capacity to bring real change to the industry in which it operates but also strongly impacts its clients’ business performance for good. That’s why I agreed to join the Advisory Board of Foresight Strategy. This is a consulting company that is deeply rooted in data analytics – people who can live in the world of numbers and then tell you a story that will lead you to make decisions that impact your business for good. In short, Foresight Strategy delivers competitive advantage.”
